Abstract

Telah dilakukan kajian terhadap salah satu kuda-kuda dalam aliran karate shotokan. Kajian ini ditinjau dari perspektif karate (INKAI). Kuda-kuda yang dimaksud adalah zenkutsu dachi. Zenkutsu dachi akan dianalisis dengan pedoman yang diterapkan pada perguruan INKAI. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pandangan perguruan Institut Karate-do Indonesia (INKAI) terhadap penggunaan zenkutsu dachi. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah systematic review. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah zenkutsu dachi merupakan kuda-kuda depan dengan distribusi berat badan sebesar 60% pada kaki depan dan 40% pada kaki belakang serta jarak kaki depan dengan titik pusat dibanding titik pusat dengan kaki belakang adalah 4 berbanding 6.
