Statement Regarding License and Copyright Policy Change
Effective June 1, 2021, the Journal of Digital Learning and Education has updated its licensing and copyright policy for all published articles.
Previously, articles published in the Journal of Digital Learning and Education were licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license. However, as of June 1, 2021, the journal has transitioned to a new licensing model.
From June 1, 2021 onwards, all articles published in the Journal of Digital Learning and Education are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license. This change in licensing provides greater flexibility in the use, distribution, and reproduction of published content while ensuring that authors' rights are protected.
Please note that any articles published prior to June 1, 2021, are still subject to the previous licensing terms (CC BY-NC). We kindly request users and readers to refer to the individual articles for specific licensing information and comply with the corresponding terms.
The CC BY-SA license allows users to freely share and adapt the published content, under the condition that they provide appropriate attribution to the original work and distribute any derivative works under the same license.
We apologize for any confusion caused by this transition. The Journal of Digital Learning and Education remains committed to promoting open access and encouraging the dissemination of scholarly research in the field of digital learning and education.
If you have any questions or require further clarification regarding this licensing and copyright policy change, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your continued support and readership.
Sincerely,
Mona Adria Wirda
